Dear Sophie Grace,
Daddy and I love you so very much. We miss you every day. Daddy tells me he prays to you every night and sits and tells you about his day. I love talking to you, and daddy and I love wearing our remembrance bracelets in your honor. I know we never got to kiss you, or hold you alive, but we hold you close in our hearts every day. Even though daddy and I were young and scared, we knew everything was gonna be okay and we tried our very best. We miss and love you Sophie.

To my 2 little angels, mummy loves you very very much. You were due on 15 April 2013 and 15 September 2014. We lost you both when you were 12 weeks old.
