Introducing our new Head of Operations and Service Delivery

6th November 2024

We are delighted to welcome our new Head of Operations and Service Delivery, Lucy Graham.

Lucy brings with her 15 years’ experience of working and volunteering across health and wellbeing charities and social enterprises – most recently as Head of Membership & Operations at Rape Crisis England & Wales, the national membership organisation for Rape Crisis centres across the two nations.

With expertise in the development and delivery of high-quality services and support alongside driving excellence in charity operations, Lucy also brings a strong awareness of the impact that miscarriage can have for those affected, particularly when as a society we still often struggle to speak openly about loss.

Lucy will be focusing her expertise on the expansion and smooth running of our support services, as well as enhancing our training and resources for health professionals and employers.

Talking about her new role, Lucy said: “I’m delighted to join the Miscarriage Association as we turn the page on an exciting new chapter. I look forward to working with our highly skilled team to ensure that our trusted services and support reach even more people affected by the often-heartbreaking experience of pregnancy loss.”

Miscarriage Association Chief Executive Vicki Robinson said: “We are thrilled to welcome Lucy to the team to help us fulfil our aim of bringing our trusted and valued support, information and training services to even more people.

“She brings with her a wealth of experience and we’re excited to utilise her skills and knowledge to help deliver our ambitious plans to develop and grow the MA further still.”
