The Great North Run is for everyone! It’s an amazing celebration of running, filled with music, buzzing crowds, and a contagious energy that’ll keep your legs moving and your spirits high.
The Miscarriage Association has a limited number of charity places in some of the UK’s most iconic events. By securing a spot, you can make a real difference, fundraising for us and helping us provide vital support to those who need it, when they need it most.

Swim Serpentine takes place in Serpentine Lake in the beautiful Hyde Park. Whether you’re new to open water swimming or you’re a seasoned pro, this is the perfect event for you!
This stunning 13.1-mile route takes in many of the capital’s famous landmarks on closed roads, plus four Royal Parks – Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens.
Starting in Glasgow’s historic George Square, the first half of the run takes you through the urban landscape of Glasgow city centre, and then opens out into six miles of riverside and parkland, before finishing at Glasgow Green.
The Cardiff Half Marathon has grown into one of Europe’s largest half marathons, and is Wales’ largest mass participation and multi-charity fundraising event. Fast and flat, it truly is a race for everyone!
Run Alton Towers is a half marathon race which starts and finishes among the attractions, and, although the park is closed to the public, there’s an opportunity to take in the rides for free afterwards!
