The Miscarriage Association has chosen this online shopping system because it guarantees 100% security for your credit or debit card information. Ordering online is therefore safe and secure.
While we want to encourage you to pay for goods and services with your credit or debit card, we understand that you might prefer to pay by personal or company cheque or by postal order.
If you do, allow an additional 7-10 business days for processing and/or sending your order. To order by cheque or postal order, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then post the form to the address at the bottom of this page.
We aim to send you exactly what you order and in perfect condition. If we cannot send your exact order, we will contact you to let you know and, in some cases, ask whether you would accept an alternative. If you are not satisfied with that arrangement, we will refund any payment made. If you are not satisfied with your order and inform us within seven days of receiving it and inform us within seven days of receiving it, we will arrange for its return and either give a full refund or offer an exchange. We ask that anything that is to be returned be carefully repackaged in its original packing.
Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.
Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and include VAT where applicable. Orders will be processed at our published prices, but in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, we will deal with it promptly (we aim to reply within 5 working days) and effectively.
